Not too bad. The homestay is quiet and comfortable yet this area is a bit secluded. You wont find restaurants or supermarkets near the place. Thus hiring a motorbike or car is one of possible options to get around. I stayed at room 102 for three nights. It was spacious and clean but too many ants inside. Once you leave food open for just few minutes, it will attract tiny ants to come. The owner gotta find solutions to get rid of the ants ASAP so the guest will not be disappointed

The receptionist is often absent. Do not have an invoice not even a stamp. Access is difficult to get into the small road. Do not have security / security. If the service is not improved, this hotel will not progress.
