The service is very very very DISSAPOINTING. it is not once or twice, but EVERYTIME i went there to buy prescribed medicine i need to wait for a really long time. Almost an hour!! Once i witnessed with my own eyes that 7other customers that came after me were being served first. Eventhougb that they also buy for a prescribed medicine, same as me. and when i complained about it they are very RUDE. NEVER WOULD I GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

Monday, November 16, 2020 after accompanying my husband to check with dr. Suryadi I went straight to Indah Farma pharmacy to buy the medicine prescribed by the doctor.nnWe received the sister in front, measured the fan temperature and then gave the serial number. Some of us were called to be asked for the prescription and the medicine was prepared.nnNot long after we sat down, our first call was called back to get the medicine.nnWe paid for the medicine and were told the rules for drinking it. We even received the medicine along with change and ... cling ... got a bonus sugar ... hehehe ...nnWhy? because the service time has exceeded the hourglass set by management.nnEven though in our opinion the service provided at that time was quite fast, smooth even though it was busy.nThank you Indah Farma ....
