Warungboto Site

A very nice place to visit. Similar to Taman Sari but less crowded. There's no entrance fee, just pay for parking. You are allowed to explore and take a picture, and it's easier since its not really crowded.nnAvoid coming near closing time, but sometimes they allow you to extend a few minutes (I left around 3.30, and they closed at 3). You'll get a nice picture when it's sunny but don't forget to bring your sunglases!

This place is not really big I think and so hot. I would recomend you to come after 2pm because it'll be perfect. There's no price for the ticket, we can put the money into the box, as much as we can.

Huge potential as one of important historical landmark, yet it requires massive effort to rebuild this site and more importantly to build a credible narrative surrounding this place.

I was a bit dissappointed about this place. There is a wood-blocker so that we can barely see the place. The water is groos. It turns green and mossy but still i love that place. It's a part of culture.

It is an ancient site located in the middle of a residential area. Warungboto is still managed by local residents, by paying voluntarily into the donation box. The warungboto site is a miniature of Tamansari and is less crowded, so we can settle for taking photos here.
