I would rather to give you no STAR!! You are really terrible than other budget airlines or 3 stars airlines! YOU ARE NOT A 5 STAR AIRLINE!!! waiting for our refund for more than 8 months now and budget airlines only take less than one month to refund us!!

Pleasant response for my enquiries though they do not have Premium Economy seats to London yet.

I had a below average experience when I flew from Bangkok to Singapore 3 days ago. The Indian meal was excellent but thats were the excellence stops. The helpfulness of the air hostesses was nonexistent, the seats lacked comfort and were hard to sit on, the air hostesses did not allow us to sit back for a 5 hours flight.

Had to pay $50 to change a name typo. When I got there they said there would be an addition to that. After wasting a great amount of time they suggested I book another ticket and they would get back to me the next day if my previous ticket could be fixed. This is where I should probably mention that the lady denied me the request of speaking with a manager.nnEveryone I called at Thai airways gave me a different answer to my query. Imagine the lackluster training that has to be received for everyone to have a different answer and solution for a name change!nnTLDR: I paid an extra $50 instead of the flight adjustment fee they wanted me to pay. Also they changed my seat without permission from aisle to window. Not that it matters, but this was my first time flying Thai Airways.
