Because of the pandemic our trip was cancelled. We ask for refund instead we only get travel credit to Dec 2020 and now to 2022. Other travel agencies have refunded us. Why is Trafalgar still holding back our money?

We joined the 12 days European Whirl Trafalgar tour in December 2018.nWe had a best-ever consummate Travel Director in Patrick Sidney, who is extremely professional, gentlemanly, patient, informative and generous in gifting us with extra treats.nPatrick thoughtfully provided us with a DVD, highlighted maps, photos, diary, recommended reading list and contact list etc.nOur 12 days European Whirl itinerary was perfectly planned.nVery comprehensive albeit a bit of a whirlwind. The optional tours were well curated, and worthy extras for enhanced priceless experiences.nWe travelled with wonderful international friends from all over the world, and enjoyed ourselves tremendously whilst creating magical memories.nAfter this second Trafalgar tour, we are eager to explore the rest of the world, with this tour company who is 'Simply the Best'.nWe highly recommend travelling with this global company, who enjoys economies of scale and high regard from their vendors / hotels / restaurants etc.nWith an office in Singapore, Trafalgar Tours has gained popularity, and there were 15 Singaporeans, in our tour group of 40 travellers.
