Purchased 2 Sentosa cable car packaged from fave.nEmail doesn’t indicate where is the exact location of the cable car.nnI called and someone told me she forget the location, should be in vivo city. We walk to vivo city, nope it’s actually out of the 2 shopping malls. I think you need to be clear of what you are selling to convince others to buy. Or have the initiative to fill up the confirmation letters with important info. We are local but we don’t know where is the cable car, what about your tourist customer, they would have much worse experience !
