THIS IS THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER.nTotally waste money.n- Bring you to many of those shop selling expensive stuff like health product, crystal and many stuff. Keep asking and persuading you to buy.nMany people gives in and spent about $10 000 to 30 000 buying stuff.nEspecially for health product, they use scare tactic and make you feel scared that if you dont buy, you will suffer from serious health conditionn- Most of the time spent is on bus, only a small portion of time is on actualntravel, totally not worth at alln- I totally did not enjoy the trip at all

It is very unprofessional to assign a part time tour manager to lead a 22 pax group to a destination where the manager had never been to. Poor leadership and lack of experience of the yong and inexperience manager ruined our otherwise wonderful holiday.

This is the worst experience i ever have. Not even worth 1 star, if i can give it 0 star, i would.nnFirstly, we are given extremely short time to enjoy the places or activities. For example, if a place needs roughly 2 hours to explore, we are given only 20min to see and we will be rushed to the next place. The whole tour is just rush and rush and rush. Totally does not feel like holiday.nnSecondly, the duration for activities for each day is very short. Sometime the last activity will end around 4pm.nnThirdly, most of the time is spent on bus and not on activities.nnIn addition, they will always bring you to those shop and ask you buy health product and alot other stuff to earn money. If you dont buy, they will not be happy as easily shown on their facial expression and tone of talking.nnOn top of that, 8 days tour is actually 6 days tour. On the day which we leave singapore, we will take midnight flight. Then on the day which we leave the country which we are visiting, we will take the extremely early flight in the morning.nnTheir travel package is also extremely expensive and is not valued for money.nnI can easily spend the whole day explaining why they deserved 0 star......

It is a very bad experience. We cannot get our deposit back. And still wants us to pay 200 per person if willing to postpone. Already newspaper said Japan is not advisable to go. Call us to go and say just 14 days quarantine. It is just irresponsible. I suppose no ethics at all. No refund back.
