OCBC Bank

The service of the OCBC bank really need to improve. The queue was short but the process of the bank took too long time! I'm not sure if the person over the counter of the bank is new or just slow.nnWent to open an joint acct with them. The bank officer took our IDs and start processing. However, never have I seen a Bank representative leave customer’s ID on the table mindlessly and left the table.nnAfter all the details are keyed into the system, the scanner has an issue on the system. So we have to wait which is no issue. After we check all the details on the system, the account is finally process.nnWe needed 2 debit card for the account and the bank officer started to process the card. Again this time the printing of the card has a problem, after numerous try, the printer is only able to get 1 card printed out with the name.nnI was shocked at this point when OCBC BANK is such an established bank, has so many faulty devices or system. And by this time, the bank officer has totally misplaced my ID since she mindlessly leave my ID around on the table. She asked me if she had returned me my ID. I am seriously appalled by her actions. To add it up, she gave me a card without a name printed on it and unapologetically told me that I can walk in to any branch to get it printed without any regards to me probably wont have time to run an errand like this.nnAfter this experience, I will definitely cancel this account after 6 months and also cancel my other accounts with OCBC.

OCBC hijacked Harbourfront Centre

A pleasant shopping mall which is directly connected to the cruise center. Many food and brevagges outlets resides within this building. If you are travelling via a cruise, be sure to stop by to buy the necessity for the trip. There is a supermarket located at the ground floor. There is also travel agencies which are happy to assist you.

It was an amazing experience which I have never felt in my life. Singapore is a full of life city. It is great for shopping, vacations, parties, education, for a great job and opportunities. The country offers you great food and great hospitality. They have a variety of sea foods. The country offers a great sight of nature a different nature . It is a tropical country which has great number of plants and animal species abandoning. I have seen there carnivores plants which I had never seen before. The country has a great culture and people are open mind and welcoming and also beautiful. Singapore is one of the richest and developed country in the world and the hotels spa resort experience is amazing there. When they say five star they really make it a life five star. It was a great learning experience . I wanna go back there to explore more and it is a good place to live. They have great beaches and harbour which are worth going and the spice market is great. People are polite and humble .They have launched the latest sky trains and sky fall . It was legit and amazing experience . The country is very well developed in technologies. Overall it was an amazing experience. One should visit this place in their lifetime.

More could be done to make waiting for our ferry more comfortable. At the moment, there's very little space to sit around and wait for our check-in time before we embark.
