The driver is very nice, friendly and empathetic. He even gave me a discount of $3, never had I thought I would be given a discounted rate (I wanted to give taxi driver a tip, unfortunately, I did not have sufficient cash and used cashless payment)nSHA2522YnI have separately written to Comfort.nHope Comfort Transportation can reward driver for his good attitude both to his passengers and drivers on the road.

Booked 2 destinations via the Comfort app and prepaid for the journey.nnAfter the first stop the driver demanded that I pay him an additional fare if I wanted him to take me to the 2nd stop!nnI explained that it was all booked and prepaid via the app but he aggressively told me that the amount I had prepaid was not enough and he refused to take me further.nnI have tried contacting Comfort for a refund, but have had no reply yet.

THEY JUST STOLE IT LIKE THIS, AND YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR THE RIDE.nMY $26 TRIP END UP COSTING ME $53. SO, IF YOU'RE RICH, FEEL FREE TO USE COMFORT TAXI

Funny how this company employs sales and marketing people like a Ms Joanne NG to cut and paste canned replies like this for so many customer feedback due to your technical glitch in your app? This is what I get twice this week whereby I am not able to apply the promo code for street hailing function due to no fault of mine!
