Terrible service with wrong information. Maybe it would be best to change the staff

Absolutely horrible service. The male staff supposedly spent 30 years with Singpost but still can't do customer service. Asked me to wrap my luggage with brown paper while stating that chances are I will loose my luggage because of this company policy??? NOT helpful at all. Would not clarify the wrapping policy at all. The only silver lining is the female staff who helped me wrapped the package and explained the policy to me. Please hire someone who is actually capable and customer oriented. 30 years in the service and can't even help with my problems. What a shame!

Had a great experience with Ila from customer service who had very good knowledge and was very helpful. Had a great attitude and was very proactive in helping me sort out what I needed. Most patient and helpful and professional. A great asset to Singpost and to Singapore!!

Honestly the staff here are all really friendly and will go above and beyond to assist you! If I had to be stuck with one singpost outlet for the rest of my life, this would be it. Not sure why the reviews isnt good but take a shot, imo they deserved to be given better ratings and reviews!
