Reception lady defines rules that are not applied in other branches. She has decided that people should leave the gym when their time slot are finished. Ok fine, but if this is the rule why other branches violate against it, other wise she has no right to define rules by herself

Awesome gym! Perfect hygiene, great equipment, even during peak hours there is still enough room to work out. Mind you, it does not have a pool like some of its sister locations, but the excellent weight area more than makes up for that!

The layout of the gym floor is nice and the staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful.

1. Reception staff are very rude. They just toss your membership card on the counter and walk away. Make you feel extremely unwelcome.n2. Staff arbitarily stopped me from registering for a class without giving a good explanation. Feedback to GM who promised to call back but never did. I guess the culture starts from top down.n3. Shower room is very dirty, with sweaty clothes and towels strewn everywhere.n4. Steam bath smells like a wet dog, disgusting.nnWould advise anyone to think twice before signing up. Already regretted signing up myself.
