Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

We were lucky to book it at a very low price during the Buy 1 Free 1 Night promotion on Trip.com.nOverall Sofitel Sentosa is indeed unlike any hotels in the city area. Somehow it makes you feel like you are in Bali because of the aesthetic environment, I really love it!nWe booked the Luxury King Room 3D2N with a complimentary breakfast.nThe room was rather spacious but the hotel should really refurbish as the furniture looked pretty old.nThe only best thing in the room was the water pressure. It allows you to fill up the bathtub within a few minutes.nHowever, the hairdryer is not strong enough especially for girls with long hair. Also, the feathers keep coming out from the bed it's quite annoying.nThe only thing I want to complain about was the BREAKFAST! I am really upset with the food selection and the funny taste of the fruits.nWe have tried to order different dishes for 2 days and we can't believe this is the complimentary breakfast given by a 5 stars hotel??? Why should we pay for it?

Lovely hotel and resort to stay especially with family. Spacious, green environment and even you can see peacocks are just walking over in the hotel yards. So many facilities at this hotel, nice swimming pools, cafe / bar and etc. The food was nice with their service and with good taste, for sure. And if you only can have halal food and something that did not have pork content inside, then just ensure to the waiters so you will be assisted as per your preferences. And if you loved jogging or run, this hotel also have nice direct access to the beach from the swimming pools area. There is a small footpath will bring you down to the road along the sentosa coast, where you can jogging while enjoying the great ambience of Sentosa Island. Nice place to stay over the weekend / holidays.

Very nice place. Green and airy. Excellent and efficient service. Too bad you gotta wear a mask... It kinda spoils the experience but kudos for doing their best in the circumstances.

Had a wonderful staycation. Clean, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. Most of the staff was friendly. Near to where all the fun is yet quiet enough for relaxation.nnNeeded to work on getting a specific toilet clean, customer service of 1 person & promptness of housekeeping. Despite these, the experience was enjoyable and worth 5 stars.

Stayed at this hotel and on a infinite family package where we have 2 connecting rooms and full board. The rooms are very big, spacious and connected. My kids love running around the rooms. My only complain is that the beds and pillows are too slow for my liking. Otherwise this place is just fantastic with great service.
