Nice hotel for staycation. But check in was delayed and not the best experience.

At the time I visited the lobby was under refurbishment and parts were hoarded up. I had however no problems with finding the alternative location to check in as they had arranged for staff to be on hand at almost every corner so guests don't get lost.nnOverall service was top notch - I felt very welcome throughout. Loved the stay.

We’re very thankful for a very thoughtful Ritz Carlton team for the welcoming stay we had from 22/2-23/2. I must say I’m very very impressed with the overall experience. The room is very nice, spacious & clean with a spectacular view. The service staff are very courteous and consistency in their service standards. The email process kept every team in the loop was fast and efficient. Ritz teams have been very accommodating and kind. As it’s a surprise birthday they offered a complimentary cake & room upgrade, I was touched & Its a very lovely gesture. Ritz team are very sensitive to our needs and proactive. Thank you for the memorable stay for this surprise I had for my husband.nI was already contemplating when I could return to The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore as soon as we left.

Had a free upgrade to the 1 bedroom suite thanks to Astika from front desk. Loved the room and its view is probably the best and unrivalled. Service was pretty good and no complaints about it. My only qualm is that the mini bar and fridge is empty which shouldn't be.
