Stayed for 14 days for SHN. The room is spacious and the linens are very comfortable. The staffs are super friendly, I left my necklace in the room and they were very helpful to assist me. Only thing needs improvement is the food.

Beautiful place with a man-made waterfall. If only they could train their staff at the level 1 restaurant better, and teach them to use common sense and serve sincerely with a smile ☺ , it would be a 5-star hotel and dining.

Super friendly staff. Though the phone service in the room takes a long time, I had a good stay. Clean room with a good view, nice swimming pool. Would definitely come again for a staycay!

Clean and quiet. Hairdryer and iron were available. Booking of the pool and gym had to be booked in person and not digitally though.
