Overall west mall is fine. The public library has a big children's section.

rather small as compared to other library but is located at a neighbourhood area, staffs are friendly and helpful

Can expect a lot of kids to be here so can get noisy at times it is cramped also, recomend just go to jurong library, it has mutliple levels, bigger and way more quiet.
