Library is great BUT the mall has the worst Car park access for wheelchair or mobility challenged visitors. The lifts serving parking levels, are restricted up to L3, so those parked on L4 & L5 has to go a very long route via Central escalator (on foot). There are no proper directional signs and staff are untrained.

Badly shelved books and all the staff like to hang around outside the library so it's hard to ask for help.

Lovely atmosphere pre covid times. Currently only can go in to borrow and leave, no seats.
