Laundry Queen

Item sent back to shop 3 times over a period of more than a year as stains were still present as if item had not gone through laundry. Staff did not advise status during the entire period and refused to provide any solution other than offering to re-send again for laundry or admit failure in removing the stains.

I cannot follow the other reviews. I’m going there regularly since more than two years and the staff is always friendly and I never got any thing to complain about. I can recommend the service.

Horrible service. Went before closing time. Was kept waiting for 5 minutes just to let me know they were closed. And it was not 9 pm yet. Lazy employee

Arrived at 8:30 pm (close @ 9 pm). First thing the lady did: checking what time it is. No greeting, she already looked not amused having a customer that late.nn5-5.5 dollar per piece. LOL
