They lost my Balmain bedsheets. Report to them , they say they will try to find. I text everyday for 2 weeks, they said if lost, will compensate in 1 month. Many months have past, totally ignore, totally dun reply. PLS DO NOT USE THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. I USED THEM MANY TIMES, LINENS WILL COME BACK STAINED OR CRUMPLED, LIKE NEVER PRESSED. THE LOST LINEN IS MY LAST WITH THEM

My blouse came back with stain/colour run. Slow response from customer service. At times customer service read but did not reply. The contact number listed on the website is invalid as numerous calls were unanswered. As of this review, the stain/colour run issue has not been resolved.

Amazing service . Competitive and fair pricing. Quick turn around, Tried this out and the serive was amazing. The apps keeps you updated at all time. It even reminds you on collection day and delivery.

The team that comes to clean the units every time is always very kind and professional. I highly recommend working with Latif too, he really takes the time to explain. The knock knock platform has some work to do to improve the ewallet system but overall it is a wonderful platform which is efficient and the customer service always responds when quickly.

Fail to fulfil the express service and didn't inform till we call to check.
