Excellent service. Hospitalized there back in 2017. Doctors were very direct with no beating around the bush. Very professional. Nurses were friendly and will take care of you.nnRenal unit was comfortable. Had an organ biopsy. Fast game and smooth service. They served good food inside the ward such as tandoori chicken and steam egg. Very refreshing experience especially if you are recovering.nnC Ward is well ventilated. Good planning and interior design. Best hospital so far. No complaints.

Had a pleasant experience at staff clinic here 15/2/21 morning when I was having painful abdominal pain, the nurses and receptionist were empathic and offered to push me on a wheelchair. They kept checking in on me to update on the waiting time and ensuring I was not in tremendous pain. Dr Ahmad Syahmi was helpful and quickly administered medication and allowed me to rest and sleep while nurses were checking in on my pain score. I was very well taken care of and feel grateful to the nurses and staff involved that day. A big thank you.

One of the nicest hospitals, x-ray done, well explained, caring staff always ensuring patients, love smaller hospitals. Also the pharmacy looks like a Chinese medicine dispensary... Nice!

Every new hospital got its brickbats - after my second visit all i have is praises for their nursing and counter staffs.nnThey have more of the human touch and soft skills than other more established and more entrenched (in their ways). Observed that they treat patients as persons as a whole - not just their afflictions. This is especially with the uncles of which I am one.nnPractice wise the nursing staffs are efficient, effective and affective. NTF family should be proud of them.
