Clinic 2A: The attitude of the doctor is worse than the customer service personnel at the registration and payment counters. Due to his lack of knowledge, the doctor does not instill any confidence in the patient at all. The entire session makes me feel like he is just going through the motions. Zero work ethics, compassion and empathy.

I had my surgery to remove my Gall Bladder at the Day Surgery centre at TTSH on 1 April 2021. The entire team was efficient and professional. They made sure I knew what I was there was. Special mention must go to the Filipino nurse on night duty. She was cheerful, efficient, and always had a smile on her face.

Conveniently located but car park has limited parking as compared to other government hospital. Easier to come here by public transport. Congested layout but the nurses and doctors here are attentive. Nearest MRT is novena that is easily accessible by covered walkways from the hosptal

Pharmacy L2, very rude pharmacy. Got the cheek to tell me if I kept ask him went my turn it will take extra min on top of that also 20min. Dem rude the Philippines guy. 31.03.21 at 15.54. The only guy at the counter. TTSH suppose to be better den having all dis rude Philippines. Seriously very rude!!!!

Counter staff are friendly and helpful. Admission and financial advise staff are not helpful and push us all around the hospital.nVery disappointing service from our hospital suppose to serve our own singaporeans.
