Do not buy anything in advance. Especially their inhouse product. New item spoilt. DIY has very short exchange policy and they follow strictly. The staffs attitude is very bad when come to this. They show inpatient and some negative words which make me feel uncomfortable

I visited Mr DIY at Boon Lay today 6 Nov 2020 and was amazed by the wide variety of items they have. The shop is also very large and spacious. Items are affordable.nnI came here to look around and bought 6 nice keychains for my new home keys. These were on sale so there was a further discount. I spent less than $10, a really good deal. Will come back next time if I need more stuff for my home.nnWhen I was making payment around 11am, the queue was a little long, had to wait around 15mins for my turn as there was only 1 cashier on duty. Will be perfect if the queue waiting time was shorter.

My new go to place.. lotsa unique hardware tools at affordable price. Really glad it opened in Century Square, Tampines.
