Definitely a first and last time visit. Poor service (eg ignoring the customers when they require their attention), having the “we owe them a living” mentality. The guy at the counter was seriously uninterested in engaging with us, bad mannerism and probably think they’re the main player around. There’s many other better, friendlier, more accomodating and “service with a smile” hardware store out there
