The after service need to improve.. I bought sofa from them few months ago, after one week I notice that feather is coming out of the sofa.nCalled the service and was told that just fluff it and if it is less than 20 feather should be ok. after one month the feather is still coming out of the sofa. sometimes the feather even poking out of the sofa, that might causes safety issue like poking into children's eyes. I told the service consultant 2months ago and they willing to add some cover, but after that never heard from them again.nSianz!!!nnMy order no mw-so20-0915. your customer service should be able to find my details. Your service guys just come over to my place with 2 covers and it is the wrong size.. Maybe you can consider bring back the whole set and replace with another new pc without feathers coming out of the sofa.

Loved the dining set I bought from commune. However, things got a little sour after some defects on the table finishing. Contacted the team hoping to rectify or get any form of help. After months of chasing, I was suddenly told that the team wouldn't know how to fix it and attributed the blame on me damaging it. This is without even checking in to see first hand how the damage is like etc. Honestly left a bad taste after what was a really good purchase experience.

Had a very unpleasant and nasty experience at Commune.nnI bought a sofa from them back in February, and when it comes to buying sofas, I had only one prerequisite, and that is the sofa seat cushions must be able to be removed for washing. During the sales process, I was informed by your sales staff Harvey that the company was in the midst of changing their sofa to one which seat cushions can be removed, and it was with this assurance that I made my decision to buy it. And it was an expensive decision, no less... cause it set me back by more than $2,500.nnSo I got my sofa in late July because of Covid, and to my horror, the seat cushion was fixed and not removable. When I questioned Harvey, he insisted that he told me the seat cushion was fixed and apparently there was no way he could say otherwise because they only changed to a removable seat cushion in June. However this was not what he told me in Feb.nnI spoke to manager Adeline about this issue. She insisted that the order did not indicate anything about removable cushions and hence she was unable to do anything based on what was on the invoice. She also said she can vouch for what Harvey told her to be true because Harvey has been working in the company for many years. In other words, before even speaking to me, she already is standing by what Harvey had said to her, and not what I had personally experiencednnIf indeed Harvey had only told me that the seat cushion is fixed, then how would I even know that the company will be coming out with a removable seat cushion, had he not told me about it during the sales process? If indeed what Harvey said was true, then I wouldn’t have bothered to come down to Commune to seek an exchange on the sofa. But this is obviously not the case. I knew Commune was going to come out with a sofa with removable seat cushion because of Harvey and I bought the sofa only because Harvey said he would ensure my sofa could have the seat cushions removed.nnAnd so because I made my sofa order in Feb and not after June, your managers have refused to change the sofa from a fixed seat cushion to a removable one. When I asked for a full refund, your managers have refused and said it was also not possible.nnSo I am expected to just suck thumb and stick to the sofa which I did not asked for, just because your sales person Harvey misrepresented the product during the sales process.nnThis is truly unbecoming of this company and I will never go back to Commune again! Expensive lesson learned. Always record down in black and white what Commune salesperson say!
