I’m quarantine here and I paid my quarantine stay for 10 days. But the service & the food were badly. Food comes late, and the food was giving to me not that delicious and cold. U keep we waiting for an hours and get this kind of food? Is this service that supposed we get as a quarantine person? At least when u put the food outside the room , rings the bell & please let us know, don’t keep we starving for hours without notices. Is this 4 star hotel supposed to treat us? We paid so please don’t treat like we stay here like a free. Thanks

Attentive service, helpful and friendly staff, tasty food, feeling very well taken care of, definitely making my boring 7days quarantine much better. From bellboy to front desk crew to maintenance guys to floor crew, thank you and keep up the good work!

During quarantin days. I'm starving to death everyday for staying here.. Their food quality very poor, always receive cold breakfast, cold lunch, and also cold dinner. Hotel staff very good and polite. Here they only need to improve their food service. One more thing, it was very irritating because the window only can be open not so wide.

Hi few days ago i was so disappointed and posted on the review on how bad their food service is. But now i cannot believe this! Today i received Nasi Lemak for breakieud83dude0dud83dude0d, fish and chips for lunch. They're are really good. If anyone planning to stay here, i definitely recommend you guys, suitable for whole family. Their staffs are really friendly and anytime they're ready to assist us if we need anything!
