The long haired young lady admin has no idea of how to process documents. Poor communication in English and very rude.

Called the help desk and spoke to a female staff, she was beyond rude. I spoke nicely and politely and her attitude was so unbecoming. I politely replied thank you and she just hung up the call on me. How do you work as a customer service support if your attitude is totally not in check?
