Its nice & clean,service is fast but u need to wait quite sometime bcuz they only allow 2 ppl in at a time due to Covid. Security is strict & they even scan u with a hand held scanner. U can only bring in yr wallet/purse & necessary docs,the rest of yr belongings is to be kept in a locker. Cant add photos bcuz no hp allowed.

Terrible customer service. Was there with my wife and she had to wait outside. Only 1 person can enter. Like seriously??

It is high time Singapore starts issuing online visas .Travel agents authorized by Singapore are arrogant and they think they are the embassy themselves .Middle men are always unprofessional .
