Quite an improvement of the service.nTimely, efficient and with a smile now.nI visited to renew my OEC and quite an efficient process.nnCould have been better to add computer kiosk, printers and photocopying services. This will help kababayans with incomplete documents and other requirements.nnCentralize your payment counters and cashiers and coz right now different windows will have their individual rates ud83euddd0nnI see no point on contract verification fees. Takes 2 minutes to validate document at $17. Same as that consulting a GP at a clinic ey?nnGood and quite surprised of the free ride from Embassy to Orchard. Appreciate the quick ride on a fancy VIP van. Free!

Already air-condition and they upgraded the toilets too, the staff are nicer now and they even have a paynow payment option. Impresive keep it up!
