I think this place has downsized such that it is now very small. Very limited selection of clothing. No accessories available. If you are here for M&S Food then the selection is OK.

A long term supporter of M&S from my young days with mother and siblings to their Aberdeen store at Christmas time to just stare at their window displays in the freezing snow! This time some biscuits as Xmas pressies, yummy stollen cakes, jammie dodgers etc

Bad customer service. Went there to collect my online order and we walked back and forth of the 2 counters 4 times as they could not find the items. Eventually they found it and blamed me for not telling them it is an online order. What other orders are there for collection if not an online order?!?!

Be very careful when purchasing. New refund policy - gift cards are the refund, valid only for 12 months. This is visible only on receipt post purchase $so you are trapped) and on a small A4 sign, line 13, 16 size font. This has to breach consumer law. Taking cash and debiting credit card yet not returning funds. No mention by staff.n.
