Friendly dental team, very comfortable with the service and treatment received. Packed appointment schedule but the team made an extra effort to secure a slot that works for me. Felt very comfortable with the service rendered by Dr Richard, Esther and Misha.nnCalled the clinic 2 days after, as I had some questions on the treatment I did. Dr Richard, Esther and Misha were very patient and returned my call very promptly, at the latest availability. Appreciate that greatly!

I am not satisfied by the way the doctor assigned to me handles my monthly visits at the clinic, which is why I stopped going.nnThe waiting time was very long but the monthly check up was just a snap.nnI don’t think it's normal to do the adjustments and checking of braces for just 3mins or so then done, I think the doctor just wants to rush in order to accommodate other patients. He also didn't provide any proper plans / timeline for my braces.nnWith these concerns, I believe that I'm not being provided with the services that I should be receiving.nnI was requesting to be transferred to another dentist because the amount of trust loss is already irreconcilable.nnI've messaged this clinic from different platforms but didn't received any reply.

Just called the clinic to make an appointment, waited for 5 mins, but no one attended to my call. The voice mail told me to leave message. However, the music kept playing and I couldn't leave message.nWhat kind of service is this!!!

I came here a number of times for scaling and polishing and had extracted one wisdom tooth ud83euddb7 here. Service is good, no complaints. Previously my bills were fully covered by company medical insurance.nnAfter I left the company and came as a private patient, I find their charges more expensive compared to other dental clinics in Jurong West and Boon Lay hence I no longer come here.nnTheir location is convenient and they open for long hours. I only wished their charges are lower to be more competitive.

The lowest standard dental clinic I ever visited.nAppointment made me waited for 1hr still not my turn.nCan let others jumped my queue some more. Staffs not professional at all. Playing laughing happily in the clinic. A bunch of FT.nIf you stay around here, go to the other dental clinic just opposite NTUC.
