A lot of hidden costs and I was given a fluoride treatment that I didn't ask for and was then charged for it. My bill became more than double the price quoted to me for a scaling and polishing job. This was my third visit to FDC and I am just shocked. I had a pleasant first two experiences when Dr. Fenny was around but unfortunately things seems to have changed.

Shocking... was 5 mins early for a 9:30am, told to wait 15 mins... 30 mins later, no sign of the receptionist and I walked out. How can you be late at 9:30? These guys are a joke, go anywhere else at all. There are plenty of other dentists around.

I had a left incisor tooth on the upper jaw broken in half. I had a root canal done here for a new tooth. after checking with government hospitals and private local clinics, they all said i had to remove the remaining half and build a new tooth which costed up to 4k. I took a risk going here since it was just below my office, thought it would cost more. Doctor Gregory did an awesome job, xray-ed. told me I dont need to remove the remaining tooth since my nerve was still perfect. really happy with my fixed tooth. i can finally bite into a burger with my front teeth comfortably .it was way more affordable than what other places quoted me.lets just say about 70% less. I also did my filling here. I didn't even have to say all the problems I had. the doc saw the xray and he knows his craft. he identified all the problems i had in a sec. recommended what needs to be done. obviously i accepted. highly recommended.

Have a filling chipped and re-done by Dr Yeo. Experience during the session was bad as it was the longest session I have ever had for a filling to be done. Not only that, the filling wasn’t done well as I can’t chew on harder objects like meat. Tooth felt very sensitive, which was a situation worse than when I just had a chipped filling. Definitely not going back again.

Terrible experience. Dr Yeo removed my crown by accident when extracting a molar. She pasted it wrong. Then she did not close the space of extraction and got infected . It’s been Two weeks of pain and still counting. I was fine in the first place, not sure my told had to come out. Unacceptable!
