Raffles City Macdonald’s hygiene is very poor. Staff not wearing glove or use tongs while preparing the food. The floor is so sticky and dirty. The store allows the mall to carry out their maintenance work despite it’s still in operation. How can you ensure the safety of the food and hygiene? Why neglect all these little small details? So disgruntled with the service as well. The food hygiene license issued should ought for a revaluation.

Very organized especially during this time of the pandemic, staffs friendly and polite! I dined at around 7pm. Was greeted and assisted by an Auntie, queued and was escorted to a table. They asked me to put down my things first and then order at the kiosk. Then I was led to order at the counter and was served fast and with order accuracy. My orders came fast, it was a Friday night and I was so satisfied from their service. Kudos to these amazing staffs.

Great place to chill and stop by. The place is located right in CBD, and serves as one of the best place for myself to pit stop in between meetings.nnWhether or not you buy, please buy a drink though, you get to enjoy the outdoor seating that's relatively shaded and cool, without having to check in to Raffles City and go through the crowd. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to meet someone for a quick chat, or just hoping for a place to take a quick pit stop in between travel and meetings.

Was there at 9am on 26th Apr and it was so hot inside. Decided to go outside for my breakfast. It is my 1st McDonald outlet that don't turn in air- con for customers.
