The recently updated room design is very lovely with the fully transparent toilet! The swimming pool is of great size and depth too. However the check-in at the first floor was a little uncomfortable as the area was small and very close to the main door which allows warm air to permeate in.

I love this hotel. Second time staying here. Great location, good service & friendly staff. i love the pool. Will come back for budget stays in future (:

It's OK but definitely not 5 star hotel. 3.5 - 4 more like it. Positives - bed was comfortable, location is good. Negatives - no towels in the room on arrival, had to ask for it and when received, it was ripped. Broken glass with some liquid and gunk inside, when I asked cleaner to replace it she said it was fine to drink from since it's a double wall glass and the dirt is only on the inside. Had to walk to reception to ask for replacement. Bathroom curtain seems like a good idea as long as it is clean and this one is definitely not! Imagine accidentally touching your back with it when having a shower... Not fun. The room was dusty and had some decoration on the floor not cleaned up after last visitor I guess. The last point is the control touchpad. Seems like a good, modern, idea but it is over complicated and you can't reach it from the bed so each time you need to stand up. Every little task like switching lights off seems over engineered and I swear to god, I still don't know how to turn the fan off. Set to 0% and it goes back to 6% by itself. Madness. Overall, will definitely not stay again.

Amazing room!! Comfy beds, smart TV, and the bathroom has automatic blinds too! However, I'm slightly disappointed with the service there. The prices for room service are quite expensive too...

Hotel is nice and new, room is clean. Room service is pretty efficient, especially after hearing so many stories of long check in times. We managed to check in earlier than the 3pm usual check in time.
