Except for an untrained waiter, otherwise this is certainly a superb restaurant. I ordered a sweet potato dessert (21.8.20 @0125) but came chilled snow pear. Despite looking at the order slip, he still insists he is right until a waitress corrected him. He then took the wrong food and disappeared from my sight without an apology. At checkout, he was rather impatient and rude, rushing me to sign off the bill without giving me a chance to view it.nNevertheless, the food was definitely excellent, reasonably priced, relaxing ambience and good services.

I had dinner with my sis at Tong Dim Noodle Bar in the early hours of the morning on 26 Sept. It was almost closing time. As my sis had tried the dried Wanton Noodles before and recommended it again, we decided to order a bowl each of the same.nWhen the noodles arrived, we found that the Cha Siew was belly pork instead of the lean part of the pork. I asked the waitress why was this so and her response was the restaurant used the belly part of the pork to make “Cha Siew”. We knew it was not true since my sis had the tried Wonton noodle before and it was lean meat “without the fat”. In addition, our noodles were soggy; likely overlooked. The soup was lukewarm instead of hot and the Wonton skin was hard and the filling was cold.
