Room we stayed in felt tired and old. For example the silicon at the sink area had black mould. No wonder they are starting renovations this coming week. Front desk was ok. Butler service non-existent? Tried very hard to call through room service just after check-in but no answer so we ended up going to the reception to get help. Staff were very friendly though. Thumbs up for them. Bed was very comfortable too.

Nice, comfortable and great ambience. Second one time staying here, recommended for a 5* hotel. Very convenient for activities.

Had my staycation to celebrate my anniversary with my fiancé and it was a splendid stay and a memorable one. During our stay, the service provided is tip top and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep it up! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
