Glamping city

Really bad experience. The photos on their website look 10 times better. Further there is no privacy. The website clearly says that the tents will not be near BBQ pits but our tent was right in the middle of 15 other pits. It was noisy and there was no privacy at all.nnFurther most of the fairy lights n fancy decorations provided by them did not work. If something wasn't working there was nobody whom we could complaint to or ask because nobody from the booking site was available to help after 6pm (but anyway lights are switched on after 6pm).

There are a lot of discrepancies in the service that one should be aware of while booking these so called luxury services, or before you raise expectations too high.nn1. Camp location was s big turn off. FAQs mention that the tent will be away from bbq pits to maintain privacy...yet it was next to 15 other tents and all bbq pits behind occupied. Constant disturbance with people partying till 4am (in and outside the camps) in the morning, and no privacy whatsoever.nn2. Lighting inside the tent - It was so not like advertised in the photographs. Lighting was extremely dim, we could barely see stuff inside, let alone take some nice photos. Okay this would still be okay, but I paid extra for a romantic picnic for two, and half of the lanterns, teelights on the dining table were not working. We had to shift our dining setup outside the tent to eat.nn3. Quality of dining setup. I'm not sure if it was a private setup or someone elses psnl items in the advertisement, but the photographs on your website advertised proper cutlery and wineglasses, and not cheap plastic sets that we had.nn4. The romantic picnic for 2 set included fairylight pathway, fresh flower bouquet as advertised, yet none of the above was there. This ruined it completely. Dining lights not working, cheap cutlery etc. I was extremely disappointed with this.nnAll in all, our moment was ruined, I had to plan another getaway elsewhere for my recovery after this. Extremely dissapointing and hope these guys can make the high cost worth for anyone in future by improving the quality of the so called luxury glamping service that they claim to offer.nnThank you.
