Not a pleasant and user-friendly experience. 1st the toilet signage is misleading and confusing. 2nd the people who take buses, people from all walks of life, still majority of them are not highly educated, they sure will find it hard to travel through this hub, not everyone can understand the sign honestly. 3rd the crowd level is high, but the counters are quite limited. Although there are electronics counters, still not as efficient as you thought. Because most of the people still find conventional counter more reliable. 4th the TV info display of buses, transition of the pages are very very very slow, speed them up la. 5th if old people who carry more than one luggage will definitely find it difficult to use this terminal alone. To enter one needs to scan ticket QR code for entry, then need to find the bus info themselves on the TV screen, walk to the distanced platform along with all the luggages all by himself. To be short, they are too ambitious to turn this bus station to become an airport-like with e-ticket kiosk, arrival and departure hall etc. But they forget to make it user-friendliness.

Consider the best bus station at whole Johor with air conditioning. It has been improve a lot since last time where there is a lot of people chase you over to sell you the bus ticket and now with better security.

Just okay. I liked the ticket based entrance system to only allow customer inside sit inside the lobby while waiting for the bus. Beside from the lobby, everything else is old and dirty. Please the mop other areas regularly. Dont like wet market areas as it dirty and smelly. No direct entrance to kfc from the bus station. Need to take a long detour. Can get bus tickets via kiosk machine or just direct purchasing from the counter. Few eateries like mcd, dunkin donuts, mamak and malay stalls inside. Many small stores selling same drinks and snacks. Beverages stalls like coolblogs are the best. Atm can be found near corner. Taxi can be found behind the entrance. Nothing much.

New update, 11.55am, the bus haven't departed!nThe worst bus station in M'sia. I bought for 10.30am for Billion Star, the bus came at 11.00am. It's okay because late is the most common things in Larkin Sentral. The most rubbish thing is the communication between driver and station staff is terrible!!!!!!! Until now, the bus haven't departed, waste our time! It's already an hour!nnHey Larkin Sentral management, don't just update your system, the impolite staff shouldn't exist every time. I didn't met any polite staff at there for going several time before. It's a terrible Management over there. Please be aware this kind of problem.

Larkin Sentral...more like Late Sentral. They never leave on time. Expect them to leave one hour (or more) than the scheduled time. The waiting room is also a mess. There's no clear communication as you can see people keep coming back and forth to the counter to ask whether their buses are here or not. What a waste of time!
