Good morning guys, just wanna say thanks a bunch. Got my bike back after the Bontrager integrated handlebar fitting and it's just fabulous. But more importantly, your Silver service is magnificent. Not sure why but after your tune-up and checking it's like I have a whole new bike. What an experience. Thumbs up!!! Cheers,

Purchased a verve 3 from John - awesome service! It was a pleasure to buy from him and this shop. Was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, provided sound advice, and didn't try to needlessly upsell anything. This is the kind of shopping experience that makes people come back and tell their friends. Kudos to John and Trek!

Staff are all welcoming. Service guys were all knowledgeable with each items. Got new tyres as per their recommendation. Will not hesitate to go back for servicing and replacement of parts even if it's quite a distance from my place.

Came down to their mega store hoping to be able to see or test some bikes. Met with friendly staff who were very patient. Everyone was friendly and approachable. That's why our first impression despite not able to see any demo bikes was really positive. It helped us that the staff went thru our questions one by one. Eventually booked two bikes with them for June delivery. If your someone who is getting started do not be afraid to head down and speak to them.
