After a month of riding my bicycle. Creaking noise comes out. Went to the shop for troubleshooting and it was done. 2 days after more Creaking noise comes out again. They told me to bring again my bike to shop for troubleshooting but I didn't. Instead I patiently waiting for my own bike tools set to arrive. When it arrives I try to troubleshoot on my own and that time I was able to discover that the their mechanic loosen the front and rear wheel axle and the worst thing is the he also loosen the cassette. How poor the after sale service of this shop. Late that I know two of my friends also have the same problem with their D7. Shop only good for sale service but poor in after sale which is the most important. For everyone who buy in this shop you better know yourself how to troubleshoot your bicycle. Don't rely on their shop mechanic.

Readers, buying my first road bike at Rodalink East Coast Bicycle Superstore was a great experience and I would surely recommend you visit the store if you are keen to buy your first road bike. Just like any other store they have stuff on display but what’s most impactful is their customer service and they cater to all queries that you would have about buying a road bike. These guys are busy and manage multiple customers that walk-in, yet they will patiently advise you in a polite, clear and explain the logic behind their recommendations. Imran who works at the store has a personal touch as he quickly assesses the customer’s level of knowledge and understanding with bikes and makes his recommendations appropriately. The buying process was simple (with an upfront deposit), and the time take to prepare and collect was all as per their commitments.

Probably the best bike shop in town for their super friendly & welcoming staffs! They offer good recommendation with their bike brands and wide models to choose. Their staff Dianne was adorable and full of personality, she was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. Kudos to her for releasing my bike in a week. And so, I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends. ud83dude0a
