Best duo! Couldn’t decide on 40cm or 38cm bars. Helped me decide quick and efficient. So sorry came too close to closing time!! And yet they were accommodating and they entertain me with all my queries with patience and warmth!! Love the cat!! Would recommend 100%!!

A truly excellent team! I am very grateful to have found Pro Cycle Bikes, I booked a bike and cleat fitting. The service is excellent, the skills and knowledge obvious from the start and the result exceeded my expectation. I'm comfortable, faster and without doubt set up well for many, many more Km's! Darren and Sarah's business is one to cherish.. the after sales follow up to make sure I was happy with the fit and offer of further support is an example of the extra you just don't get these days anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Pro Cycle Bikes - easily one of the best bike shops in Singapore. The new bike is first class, the set-up is perfect and the whole experience was great. This place has a very customised approach, with great attention to detail and a genuine desire to get everything right - rare to see in my experience. A huge thank you to Sarah and Darren for everything, excellent service from start to finish.

I had a great bike fit with Darren, and the bike now feels better and more comfortable. My shoes needed quite a bit of adjustment and I'm glad I took the step to get a bike fit before the knee pain got worse. Sarah and Darren are very nice, and I trust their recommendations completely because they are knowledgeable and never forceful with sales.nnBruno the ginger tabby is also excellent at greetings, and is always keen to play!

Darren was extremely helpful in helping me to choose a right saddle! There is even a saddle bone measurement available to help to choose the correct saddle and he even let me test on the actual saddle. I would say that it’s one of the best experience I had so far for bike shop in Singapore.
