Disappointed with the service. Ordered my P40 and queued 30 min to collect today. Found a small chip on the handlebar and shop guy touched up with paint n tried to polish off but marking is still visible.nSo i requested to change the handlebar.nnShop only allows 6 person at a time, there were other shoppers other than collection customers. Only 2 staff working and there was no assigned staff to serve collection customers. After I told the staff to replace the handlebar which takes a week, he just put back my bike, no follow up instructions or wad was given and just went ahead and serve other walk in customers. Then what's the point of making appointment date for collection when you can't even dedicate 20 min of the time?nnFor this premium price I am paying and making a trip all the way to collect, ended with disappointment because of the defect and lack of attention. I believe the shop should show more respect for customers doing collection and not just rushing to serve other walk in customers.nn*Also, thanks for blocking me and my comments on your FB and simply just keep all the good comments only.

The people are friendly and down to earth. They helped my bike in top shape and very patient explaining to me the details to condition my bike.nnTake note: you may enter the shop at busy times. Take the queue, be patient and once your turn, they will have dedicated attention to all your concerns.

I always pass by this shop when I go to the Food Republic. Out of curiosity I asked one of the staff about the bikes they sell, despite clearly not intending to buy, the staff patiently described the bikes and their features to me.nnI would definitely recommending this shop even if it’s for their customer service only. Well done!nWill definitely consider to purchase from them.

There was a cracking noise at the crane n I thought it was the ball bearing wearing out. I msg them n asked about the price for changing. $48. Reasonable. But when I brought it down to them, they said it could be otherwise n just tighten the chain. Now, the ride is smooth as silk.mighty velo is trustworthy n will not charge when it is not due. Excellent after sales service!nWell done. Keep it up.
