Extremely pleasant customer service - Ryan and his team are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, especially when it comes to the nuances of Cannondale bikes! This is the type of service that even if it costs an arm and a leg (should your bike have something catastrophically wrong), you are more than willing to trust and pay them full price to make sure the job gets done well. Sign me up if they have membership deals! Will return!

Good place for Bike enthusiats. Average to Premium Bikes available for sale. Good bicycle upgrading advice and quality workmanship. Bicycle parts are also available. Sorry budget bikes are not applicable at this place

Team of great guys and girls (esp. Gilbert) @ Hup Leong. They diagnosed the issue with my bike very quickly, rang me twice to keep me informed and had it ready 1 day earlier than they said. Great service! I would happily recommend them to anyone with a high end road/race bike or any other bike. Thanks guys. Chris (C64)

Very friendly staff, always great honest advice. Never try to up sell services or products, just do their job and help you get what you need. Reasonable price

Today bought a Hybrid Bicycle for my Uncle from the Store with the help from Gilbert. He is a very friendly person and I also love the auntie and staff there who are very kind to us.nI will be waiting for the Merida Bike to be available on May which they will contact me once arrival.
