Really amazing service from Flower Power today. Andrea arranged delivery for a colleague who was leaving to coincide with our Zoom farewell. She really couldn't have been more helpful when I telephoned. The flowers and gift were beautifully presented and I'm told the gentleman who delivered was charming. This really was an over and above service. Just shows it pays to shop local. Can't thank you enough Flower Power.

Over the past few months, I’ve asked Flower Power in Rothwell to send fortnightly seasonal arrangements for our living room. Andrea and her team have delivered the most beautiful arrangements, seasonal designs that are different every time with the most beautiful flowers that last. Always receive excellent, professional and friendly customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Whether I’m picking up a bunch of flowers for a friend or for something special. Purchased a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. Very pleased with the tailored service I received from Tammy and Andrea.nnI originally enquired about the flowers via Google conversations with Andrea and subsequently dealt with Tammy over the phone.nnMy bouquet of flowers were ready within 15mins of ordered my over the phone and were presented beautifully. As a bonus a rose was included and a small card for the occasion.nnThe photo I have included were taken exactly 7days after purchase. They look even more fresher than when I purchased them!nnCannot fault the quality of flowers and service. Highly recommend this local business - I will absolutely be returning for future flower needs.nnThank you to the Flower Power of Rothwell team.

I’ve used this florist on three occasions now.nEvery time, they have gone above and beyond what I expected, producing beautiful bouquets with an individual touch.nAndrea is very friendly and personable, and obviously enjoys her work!nDelivery has always been on time.nHighly recommended!

I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day and spent £35 on a bouquet. When I got them home I noticed they didn’t look quite right. On going back onto the website the image showing the bouquet for the lilac lace is much fuller and there seems to be more stems. It was also wrapped differently to the one shown on the site. Whilst I understand that seasonal variations are inevitable, and that this is stated on the website, I feel that the price did not reflect the quantity of flowers received. The lady who greeted me at the shop however was lovely and friendly.nnOn reading my initial review above, Andrea at the shop called and messaged me to rectify the situation. She was so understanding and explained that due to Brexit and COVID stems are much more expensive now meaning they are limited to how many stems can go in a bouquet. She wanted to really put it right and I truly appreciated this service. Such a fast response to my complaint too. Within 5 hours a new bouquet was made and delivered to my door!!! Absolutely amazing service! She even said I could keep the original bouquet as a Mother’s Day treat. I will 100% buy flowers from her again and have updated my 3 star review to 5 stars. Brilliant customer service Andrea. Thank you! The flowers are absolutely beautiful!
