Went in on 12/14 and had very friendly staff. I didn’t know much about floral bouquets, so they talked me through my options to create the perfect one for my mother. Very pleased.

Called on 7/6/2020 to place an order for flowers for my wife’s 40th birthday. Set up the delivery for 7/8/2020. Flowers came and everything was fine the looked OK not great for what I paid. Half of them were dead by lunch time on 7/10/2020. The sunflowers looked bad the next day on 7/9. Paid over $100 for the boutique and to be honest a cheap one from the grocery store would of looked nicer and lasted longer. Was going to give them a chance to let me know what happened and called twice yesterday 7/10 and no even answered during their store hours per their voicemail. No one has returned my call still to this day. Definitely look elsewhere for your floral needs!

There is no better place to buy flowers in West bend or the surrounding areas. Delivery is always on time and prompt. one of the friendliest staffs of people you'll ever have the pleasure of working with. Family owned and run support local business.

Ordered a corsage for my sister-in-laws baby shower. Gave plenty of notice and when asked for colors I told them yellow and accents of white because the theme was mommy to bee. Was supposed to pick it up 7/24 because I work till 5 in town and I was told they are open till 5:30 over the phone. Showed up at 5:10 and the shop was dark with all doors locked, but there were signs that said they are open till 5:30. Had to make arrangements with my mom to pick up the corsage Saturday morning because I am at work the 3 hours they are open on the weekend. The corsages main color is white which was just supposed to be the ribbon, it is smaller than a coffee mug and yet cost me $40.00.
