Credit service is slow. Submission of the top up for almost 1 month has not been followed up. All requested data has been given. The reason is that the surveyors went back to Palembang from July to August, but they did not get further information. Wa not in reply. Surprisingly, this was the first time that they could not get good service from the bank BTN. Trying to talk to his boss but his impression is blocked. On the telephone the customer service is to be connected but the telephone is closed. As a bank employee you should be more professional.
