The CSOs were kind, helpful, informative, and engaged with the customers. The cashiers are also quite fast in service. However, the doorman sometime is not too attentive to the customers who enter the building. Some of them are new customers and they have no idea what to do first. In this case, the doorman should be more initiative to ask the customers what type of service they require.
