From inside the cashier, one of the employees shouted in a loud and harsh voice, in essence he did not want to cancel for some reason. I think Bona Medika with competent doctors can become a mainstay clinic for many people. Unfortunately, there are some employees who have less attitude and are not very solutive when a problem occurs. Service part but can't provide good service! Hopefully Bona can evaluate this incident and be able to upgrade employees with a good attitude!
