Make sure you buy your ticket with the Ferizy App. There is no information signs given about it before you arrive, and you only find out when you get to the entrance and have to try reverse out to not block traffic. Payment must be done with online banking. Don't believe stories about using e-toll cardnnDO NOT take the economy ferry because they waste your time by floating 5km away from your destination for over 30min. The trip can be done in 1 hour. Easily.nNobody makes announcements to their paying guests why we have to wait.nnBring your own food.

Exactly like the local government working efficiency, easy job could be done in one hour but usually takes 3 hours. No complain, no improvement, just accept it!!!!

Careful they dont have clear sign. And so much people sell the ticket with high price. It calls ( calo ) in indonesia. You just need to install application on your smart phone ( verizy ) and register, then you got your real price.

Even im born on this city..this harbour become place which make merak society cant see the beach like long time ago..nAll just become terminal bus, and harbour.nIts really miss merak city at 1998 era.
