Post Office Batu Bolong

Do not post your post from here. We sent 10 postcards to Europe and only one got through. Very unproffesional. On the top of that, the staff are not interested in their work: looking at devices (phone, TV), no work ethics at all. Before they work on to deliver much better service, avoid this post office at all time.

Used this tiny post office to send an urgent mail to Europe. It was surprisingly quick and easy. The staff has a decent English which helped a lot.

Really kind staff. The process was quick and painless to express mail something abroad.

I don’t recommend using this office to receive packages. Yes, the staff are nice enough but that doesn’t make up for packages not being delivered.nnI had been waiting to receive an important package within Asia and I was told by the staff member (when I inquired about recieving mail) that it was possible to have it sent there. This seemed like a safe and stable option considering it’s one of their branch offices.nnUpon checking the tracking number it had arrived and was being held in the main Denpasar office. The address I gave was for the one in Canggu - doesn’t it make sense to have it sent here, you’d think?nnI informed the staff about my situation: I needed the package before I left for bali. She said she would check to see if it’s POSSIBLE to have it sent there (ummmm it’s your job correct?) and I’ll proabably have to pay an additional fee. Ridiculous but fine. Two days later I have heard nothing back so I went there to check on it. I was told I’d have to go to Renon myself to get it .... even though the address was in Canggu??? He even admitted yes it should come here. But if I wanted to get it before leaving I’d have to go there even though it closes 5pm. Horrible service and post options. I’ve already had bad experiences with FedEx scamming people for money. Very disappointing and quite angry. I won’t be getting my package at all.
