Purchased an expensive water pump from them that broke within 6 months. They replaced the pump, and upon checking the broken one, admitted it had broken because of a installation error from their staff (no shutoff overload switch installed). They requested that I pay again for the replacement, and when I refused they sent an employee to my house without notification to threaten me (if I didn’t pay the bill they would enter by any force and remove the installation).nnOverpriced, disrespectful, and terrible customer service. Simply don’t do it.

At the time of the appointment (3PM) they Whatsapp me if the technician can come tomorrow because he is still at his first project. Okay I can understand. So the next day the appointment is at 11AM. I ask through Whatsapp if they will be here at 11. The reply: maybe 12.
