Do not buy tickets online. You have to wait in the same line as people buying tickets anyway and they are cheaper at the door. They let third parties sell tickets online and jack up the prices. The actual museum was very cool. If you just want to see the boats then it's free and you don't need tickets.

Staff were excellent and really knew what they were talking about, very informative and friendly. The wildlife photography display was also excellent. And as always, walking around the ships was a highlight. Just felt like the standard exhibitions could use an update. Would definitely go back.

Brilliant way to see and touch a bit of real world Australian history. Sensory overload for adults and kids.

Really swell. Had a great time. Normally, you only get to see the exteriors of the boats / submarine - but this gives you a chance to take a good look! I'd recommend especially if you have kids interested in a) boats and b) history. Some spaces are a bit cramped, especially Cook's ship - do be careful!

The staff and team are very friendly and very experienced and efficient in pointing out what exhibition to see and telling us the pathway and walking direction on how to go around the whole venue and outside ship walkthrough. Feel like we have the whole experienced covered within 2hrs and a bit. Nice day outings and relaxing things to do next to water. Highly recommended for families with kids activities and interactions.
